Passport Requirement for Saint Lucia :
Valid passport required by all except:
- Nationals of Canada and the USA with valid proof of identity and holding return/onward tickets (for stays of up to six months);
- Nationals of OECS countries (Antigua Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis and St Vincent & the Grenadines) with a valid National Identity Card;
- Expired passports accompanied by photo ID issued to nationals of Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines and the UK (regardless of endorsement in passport).
