Belgians living in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, New Foundland or Bermuda, can apply for a passport at the Consulate general of Belgium in Montreal. To do so, it is extremely important to keep your file updated at all times.
How do you apply for a passport
First of all, we advise you to carefully read the instructions (French - Dutch) on how to fill in the "application form for a passport"
You have to fill in two forms: the application in itself and a sheet for the specimen of your signature (model A). Please fill in the forms as accurately as possible in black ink. Fold the model A in two.

You can either hand over your application personally at the Consulate general (every working day from 09h00 till 12h30) or mail it to

Payments by cheque should be made to the Consulate general. Following are the consular fee and add 7.50 CAD should you wish to receive your new passport by registered mail.
